Tales From The Rut

Well, most of us have been there haven’t we?  That rut where you don’t feel like anything you do (when you manage to do it) is any good, and you can’t seem to get out of it. 

That’s where I’ve been for a few months.  I had a huge burst of energy back in July and got quite a bit of writing done, but then I fell into this rut.  So, how do we combat this?  How do we get back into writing? Read more…

Give your story momentum

I recently got a bit stuck and fed up with a story I was writing (which was particularly annoying as I hadn’t got very far). For some reason I got stuck moving the story forward.
